Hi, I’m Clarissa — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving folks in Missouri and Kansas. I offer therapy for individuals navigating life’s challenges — whether that’s anxiety, depression, trauma, major life changes, or just feeling stuck and unsure of what’s next. I’ve been working in the mental health field for almost 10 years and have had the privilege of supporting people from all walks of life. My background includes experience in community-based services and a variety of behavioral health settings, which has helped shape the way I show up in the therapy room: with empathy, curiosity, and a deep respect for your unique story. I’m trained in EMDR (Level 2) and often pull from different approaches like DBT, CBT, IFS, and Motivational Interviewing — depending on what feels most helpful for you and your goals. Therapy with me is collaborative, flexible, and grounded in the belief that even small insights can lead to meaningful change. I truly love what I do. It’s an honor to walk alongside people as they explore new perspectives, shift old patterns, and build more compassionate relationships with themselves.
